Shipping Policy

It is important for you to get your products as soon as possible so that you can enjoy them.

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order, with the current processing time for UK order between 1 - 2 weeks.

For Custom orders, please allow a lead time of between 3-4 weeks.

UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and a Tracking Number will be provided..

For priority orders, please feel free to get in touch to discuss alternative shipping options.

Customs and import taxes (for non-UK orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive your product and it is damaged, please do not hesitate to contact O_wow and I will do all that I can to rectify any issues.

Returns accepted

Returns are accepted and exchanges can be arranged.

Please contact O_wow should you wish to arrange a Return and I will be happy to assist you.

Conditions of Return

Buyer is responsible for return Shipping costs.

Items should be returned in original condition and packaging, where possible.

Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns not accepted

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Returns on Custom or personalised orders.
